Ordering Terms and Conditions

Shipping:

For domestic customers (Hungary) we ship our products freight free. For international customers we suggest parcel delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS or others.

Installation:

We install our products to your microscope free of additional charges if you wish. Travel expense is not included in our prices.

Payment:

Wire transfer. On receiving your order we send you the exact shipping date and our bank account details. If you are a new customer, we ask advance payment covering 50% of the total price.

Guarantee:

We provide full guarantee for 3 years for all of our products. Guarantee does not apply for the breakage of glass components. Inappropriate use voids guarantee.

Choose the product you wish to order and specify the requested amount. Give your contact and shipping details. Click 'Confirm my order'. This will transfer you to the 'Confirmation page'.

Step2
Check your order on the 'Confirmation page'. If the data are correct, click the 'Submit my order to Cellmovie' button. You will receive an automatic email confirming your order.

In 48 hours we send you a personal email (and letter if you ask it below) that informs you about the exact shipping date and our bank account number.
